Exchange and return policy

Exchange Policy:

Consumers have the right to exchange a product received from B-trend within 48 hours of receiving it. No exchanges are allowed after this period.

The product must be in good condition and free from any signs of use.

Images must be sent to customer support before submitting an exchange request.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.

Consumers must not have used or benefited from the product. B-trend reserves the right to inspect the product before exchanging it.

Consumers cannot exchange the product if any damage is due to their mishandling.

Return Policy:

Consumers can return a product to B-trend and receive a refund of the paid amount. The cost of shipping is not borne by the store.

If a damaged product is received, consumers can contact B-trend, provide necessary evidence, and receive a refund or compensation as per the policy.

Consumers can cancel the contract and return the product to B-trend within 24 hours of receiving it. Returns are not allowed after this period.
